• We can design any additional branding to match. Simply message us with your requirements. Please note that this may incur an additional fee.

The order process
1. Place your order
2. We will contact you via email to gather your design information such as your business name, logo colour info etc.
3. You will receive the first draft of your design/s within 3-7 business days.
4. When you are completely happy with your logo / branding design, you will receive your files via email (to the email address provided at the time of order or via Dropbox or We Transfer if you prefer)
5. Print your design at home or use an online printing service (we are happy to recommend some to you)

Things to note
• You will receive digital files and NO printed products.
• Printed colours may vary slightly to on-screen colours due to differences in monitors. Word Up Creative are not responsible for this change.
• Due to the nature of this digital product, Word Up cannot except refunds, returns or exchanges.
• Sharing these files or claiming them as your own is strictly prohibited.
• This design will be re-sold.
